The Surgery House Dental Plan for Adults
The Surgery House Dental Plan allows individuals and families to pay a fixed monthly fee for aspects of their dental care. The plan is centred around ensuring regular dental attendance in order to promote preventative dentistry and ensure your overall dental health. There are also a number of other benefits of the plan including free specialist consultations and free emergency treatment.
Membership of the Surgery House Dental Plan includes the following benefits:
- 2 check-up's per year
- 2 scaling/ hygiene visits per year
- All radiographs
- Free Emergency Treatments in working hours
- Free Implant and Orthodontic Consultations
- 10% Reductions on all fillings
The monthly fee for the plan is £17.50 per month and payments are collected by standing order.
Families with two registered adults within the plan will also be entitled to free check-up's for any children under the age of 7.
All of our regular patients can enrol on the membership plan immediately. New Patients to the practice must have a consultation and any required treatment before they can enrol on the plan. Further details and terms and conditions of the plan are available from reception upon request.
Surgery House Dental Plan for Children
We also have a monthly payment plan for Children aged from 7-18 years. This includes the following:
- 2 check-up's per year
- 1 scaling/ hygiene visit per year
- All radiographs
- Free Emergency Treatments in working hours
- Orthodontic Consultations
- 10% Reductions on all fillings
The monthly fee for the plan is £7.50 per month and payments are collected by standing order.
Families with two registered adults within the adult plan will also be entitled to free check-up's for any children under the age of 7.
